Black Friday Sale FAQ
What products are included in the sale?
Our Bark Friday sale runs from 6 November to 30 November 2026. Full-price items (excluding our new Christmas lines) will be 20% off, some cat furniture will be 40% off, and sale items will be reduced by up to 70% off.
Are Black Friday items eligible for return?
Unless a product is marked as Final Sale, it's eligible for return under our standard returns policy. Please refer to the product page for confirmation.
Can I use a gift card or Swag Cash during the sale?
Of course! Gift cards work like normal. Other promo codes, however, can’t be combined with Black Friday deals (unless specified).
Do I need a code to get the discount?
No code needed — discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Just add your favourites to the cart and save instantly.
VIPs and Swag Club members may be eligible for special offers, so if you receive a discount code, you can enter it at checkout if it is eligible for stacking.
How can I make sure I don’t miss out?
