Soft Dog Crate Cushion

You might have a puppy who’s learning the ropes. Or you might have an er… more ‘mature’ fur baby who likes to feel secure in new environments or on-the-go. Either way, crates are great. But they’re soooooo much better with some extra, water-resistant padding for our bottoms. And backs. And sides. And fronts. Preferably with our legs in the air and our tongues out our mouths. Us doggos love all the ways to enjoy a quality nap, after all!

This Crate Cushion Bed is the answer to my dreams. Literally. Pop it in my crate or even on the couch, and I’ll be the comfiest compawnion around.

CLEANING GUIDE

The cover is stitched into the padding, so not removable, however, the whole bed can be washed.

• Hand wash bed in cool water with mild soap
• Hang and air dry thoroughly

Shipping 

• Orders dispatched within 3 business days via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
• Delivery times:
  – 2–3 business days for metro areas
  – +1–2 business days for non-metro areas
  – Up to 5 business days for WA, remote QLD, NT & TAS
• During sale periods, allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
• All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.
• International Shipping:
  – Rates calculated at checkout
  – No shipping to New Zealand (available via Animates stores)
  – For bulky items (e.g. cat furniture), email us for a quote
  – Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility
  

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
• Refunds only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• No returns on sale items or edible pet treats.
• Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
• All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on item condition.
