- During sale periods, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
- Note: All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.

Returns
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days via our Returns Portal.
- Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in original packaging with all tags attached.
