Fun for small breeds

Bought 2

"The balls arrived quickly and in good order. The two dogs (two Jack Russells, ten years old and ten months old) loved them. Unfortunately, after a couple of hours Jack, the 10 year old, had bitten all the little knobs off one of the balls. Less than a week later, we're still finding tiny bits of rubber. Jester, the pup, is still playing with his. He (or maybe Jack, or both) have picked off all the bits, and what's left has craters like the moon. At this rate, I think ball 2 will probably be binned in another week... simply because it will be too small to be safe. Ball 1 was destroyed the first day. Jack has form for destroying balls, so I was hoping these would withstand his jaws. Every tennis ball he has ever had he has either disembowelled or plucked. Yes, he pulls off ALL the fluff. He's also dead nuts on chews, but he and Jester do love balls to play with. I believe these balls would be excellent for dogs who catch and play rather than go full-on destruct. The photo is of the pup, with Ball 2, after 4 days of fun."

The small balls which I

"The small balls which I had to wait to come back in stock were a lot smaller than expected (been trying to find an alternative to the previous Kmart/Target/Big W [changed retailers over time] rubber dog balls that have been discontinued which were a good large palm-sized/small hand), which are too small for our Labrador which is a shame as the balls seem good quality, I will have to purchase the larger sizes and hope they are a better size."
