We’ll dispatch your goodies within 3 business days (usually next business day) via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
Estimate delivery times: Metro: 2–3 business days, WA, NT, TAS & Regional/Remote areas: 5-7 business days.
During sale periods, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
Note: All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.

Returns

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days via our Returns Portal.
Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in original packaging with all tags attached.
