"The coat itself looks really well made and its a great colour. But the sizing suggestions are way off on the website. The first one we bought was way too large despite being the length we measured. The return process while simple is costly and then to have to pay another postage on getting a new one sent meant we paid close to $40 for postage which is insane. The new one is also very big (despite going down a size) but can fathom another return cost. So she will just need to grow into it. I think if the waist band could be shortened further this would help."
