NOTE: When trimming around sensitive areas, it is important to take extra care to avoid injury to your pet. To keep your clipper blades sharp make sure your furry friend's hair is clean, dry and tangle-free before trimming.

• All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.
• International Shipping:

  – No shipping to New Zealand (available via Animates stores)

  – Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility
  

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
• Refunds only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• No returns on sale items or edible pet treats.
• Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
• All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on item condition.
