"Looks great. My frame was old and rusty so was difficult to get the bolts off but got there in the end. I’d recommend making sure you can remove the bolts on your old bed before ordering a new cover incase the frame is too rusted."

The covers DONT fit!

"I purchased five L (large) outdoor bed covers to replace some with holes worn in them, plus a couple of spares, to fit onto our original Kazoo large bed frames. I’ve used these for several years now, one of the reasons being that the covers seemed always to have that little bit extra size in them that made them easy to fit onto their frames. However, the first two covers I tried to replace are too narrow and will not fit. I cannot re-assemble the frames with the covers as the covers are too narrow by about 40-50mm. So I need to send them all back - which should be at your expense - for replacement with covers of the correct size, or a total refund! Totally unsatisfactory."

Our Everyday Outdoor Dog Bed is the original design and is still selling strong 10 years later. However, the Pillow Top Ash Bed and Premium Charcoal beds are newer, more clean, modern designs.

What is the max weight the beds can take?

Our trampoline style dog beds can carry up to 200kg without warping.

Our frames are incredibly strong as well as the quality woven fabric we use. We have fun testing the strength of our dog beds versus other brands. Go on, try yourself.

How do I clean my outdoor dog bed?

Simply hose down and dry out in the sun.

Are your outdoor beds comfortable enough for older dogs?

These beds are actually ideal for older dogs as they are more comfortable to get in and out of. A gentle step up and step down is easier on their joints.

For extra comfort and support, we recommend adding a raised edge lounge topper to your bed. It offers neck support and an extra layer of padding. They have removable covers, so easy to wash too.

Are the outdoor beds puppy friendly?

We recommend these outdoor beds for puppies as they are very easy to wash off any accidents whilst toilet training. We recommend sizing up to allow your little one to grow into their bed. You can use the bed indoors (with extra blankets or padding) and also outdoors for al fresco naps and bird watching.
