You see, the calming reversible cushion was made for dogs with multiple pawsonalities like me! It’s warm on one side, cool on the other. Nervous dogs need help to feel secure. This bed’s high raised edges and super soft padding and fabric allow them to burrow and snuggle in - creating a feeling of protection, comfort and safety.
CLEANING GUIDE
- The cover is removable - un-zip cover, remove and machine wash on a gentle setting with mild soap
- Inner cushion can also be washed separately. Hand wash in cool water with mild soap
- Hang and air dry both cover and cushions

- Orders dispatched usually the next day, but definitely within 3 business days via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
- Delivery times:
– 2–3 business days for metro areas
– +1–2 business days for non-metro areas
– Up to 5 business days for WA, remote QLD, NT & TAS - During sale periods, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
- Note: All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.
- International Shipping:

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
- Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- No returns on final sale items or edible pet treats.
- Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
- All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on resalable item condition.
