- The cover is removable - un-zip cover, remove and machine wash on a gentle setting with mild soap
- Inner cushion can also be washed separately. Hand wash in cool water with mild soap
- Hang and air dry both cover and cushions

- We’ll dispatch your goodies within 3 business days (usually next business day) via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
- Estimate delivery times: Metro: 2–3 business days, WA, NT, TAS & Regional/Remote areas: 5-7 business days.
- During sale periods, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
- Note: All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.

Returns
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days via our Returns Portal.
- Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in original packaging with all tags attached.
