Chew & Treat Enrichment Dog Ball

Us doggo's love balls. But what do we love more than balls? Treats!
These enrichment dog balls combine two of our most fur-vourite things. We can play, chew, and try and figure out how to eat the treats all at the same time. 

My pawrents give me this ball when she's heading out and needs to keep me entertained during the day. Sometimes they even feed me my meal straight from the ball!

Shipping 

• Orders dispatched usually the next day, but definitely within 3 business days via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
• Delivery times:
  – 2–3 business days for metro areas
  – +1–2 business days for non-metro areas
  – Up to 5 business days for WA, remote QLD, NT & TAS
• During sale periods, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
• Note: All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.
• International Shipping:
  – Rates are calculated at checkout
  – No shipping to New Zealand (please visit Animates stores where we sell exclusively)
  – For bulky items (e.g. cat furniture), please email us for a quote
  – Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility
  

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
• Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• No returns on final sale items or edible pet treats.
• Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
• All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on resalable item condition.
