Comfy Recovery Collar

This pet comfy recovery collar is made from soft, padded foam that bends with my movements while still giving me the protection I need. It stops me from licking, biting or scratching sore spots, stitches and wounds — without ruining my mood (or my naps).

Perfect for post-surgery recovery, skin irritations, hot spots or injuries, it lets me heal in comfort while staying relaxed and stress-free. Honestly? I forget I’m even wearing it.

To ensure you choose the right size, you need to take two measurements:

1. Measure the length from your pet's neck to its snout
2. Measure the circumference of your pet's neck

Shipping 

• Orders dispatched usually the next day, but definitely within 3 business days via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
• Delivery times:
  – 2–3 business days for metro areas
  – +1–2 business days for non-metro areas
  – Up to 5 business days for WA, remote QLD, NT & TAS
• During sale periods, please allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
• Note: All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.
• International Shipping:
  – Rates are calculated at checkout
  – No shipping to New Zealand (please visit Animates stores where we sell exclusively)
  – For bulky items (e.g. cat furniture), please email us for a quote
  – Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility
  

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
• Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• No returns on final sale items or edible pet treats.
• Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
• All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on resalable item condition.
