HOW TO USE:
Gently place the pointed section of the tool under the knot using a smooth 'back and forth' sawing action. Go slowly and avoid excessive pulling or tugging as this can cause stress and pain.
TOP TIP:
- If your dog is nervous, use treats and praise to help build positive associations with grooming!

- Returns are accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
- Refunds are only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, clean and in original packaging with all tags attached.

- Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
- All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on resalable item condition.
