The hammocks on our cat trees can hold up to 25 kg, and all other levels/features can hold over 25kg.
Vacuum the area first. Then spot clean with cloth, spray and warm water. Inner cushions and soft plush hang hammocks can be removed and machine washed (on gentle).
It's up to you really. A lot of households put their cat tree by a window to offer a nice view for their kitty. However, be aware that some of the darker pieces can fade with sun exposure. It can also be a good idea to use multiple cat trees at varying heights to offer a kitty paradise/gym station against a wall.
The weight of our cat tree vary depending on size. They are heavier than cheaper pieces you can buy online as we use top quality materials to ensure a solid construction that will last for years.
When you receive your delivery, the tree parts are split between boxes to ensure there is no box heavier than 20kg.
