How tough?
Whilst these soft toys are tougher than our standard Furries, they are still destructible. All dogs behave differently and have a natural instinct to chew. Some chew more than others... If your dog is a destroyer, we recommend checking out our range of tough toys instead of stuffed toys. Or, just be ready to purchase a few replacements!
Shipping
- Orders dispatched within 3 business days via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
- Delivery times:
– 2–3 business days for metro areas
– +1–2 business days for non-metro areas
– Up to 5 business days for WA, remote QLD, NT & TAS - During sale periods, allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
- All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.
- International Shipping:

– No shipping to New Zealand (available via Animates stores)

Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
- Refunds only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- No returns on sale items or edible pet treats.
- Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
- All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on item condition.
