Why You'll Love It

To the untrained eye I may simply appear to be in a deep slumber. Or snoring. Maybe on my back with all four paws up in the air. Quite possibly curled up into a snug ball. Potentially on my front in a classic belly curl. And perhaps resting my head against raised soft edges as I take a comfy yet calming power nap. But to those in the know, Iā€™m actually busy getting my best groove on amongst the deeply relaxing grooves of my orthopaedic Possum Bed.

Just like us hoomans, as dogs age, they require more support to take a load off their aching joints.
This bed offers premiumĀ dense foam which gives orthopaedic comfort, helping with arthritis and muscle pain. The denser foam also makes it easier for older dogs to get in and out of bed as the mattress won't sink down or sag like other lower-quality foam beds.

CLEANING GUIDE

The cover is fully removable for easy washing.

  • Unzip cover and remove inner foam sections (keep aside)
  • Gentle machine wash in cool water using mild detergent
  • Air dry - do not tumble dry as this may cause the cover to shrink

My dogs love this bed

"My elderly border collie, Shadow chose the Possum Bed at the pet shop. Of all the beds this was the one she went straight to and lay down. She loved this bed. When she past away last year, her great niece, my younger dog started howling as if her heart had broken. So I gave her this bed and it helped and she still sleeps in it. Her aunt (Badger) moved in with us not long after, as a companion for her. She too has taken a shine to this bed over any other she's been offered. Badger has anxiety issues and in last few days, noticed that the Possum Bed in a quiet corner seems to help calm her when she's having a rough day. So today I'm here to order her one too. My border collies give the Possum Bed (Large) 5/5 stars. P.s I've also found the cat and toddler in it - many times....... so the cat might be getting one too ........"

Are the indoor dog beds easy to wash?

Most of our indoor dog beds have removable covers, making them easy to unzip and clean in a washing machine, on a gentle cycle.

For the styles without removable covers, we recommend handwashing in a spacious sink or bathtub before allowing them to dry completely in a shady spot. Refer to the product description to discover which covers are removable.Ā 
What size dog bed should I buy?

Check out our dog bed size guide here. We recommend measuring your dog from nose to tail, and adding 10-15 extra centimetres for wiggle room (and space for their furvourite toys!).
Can I order replacement covers?

Selected best-selling styles of our indoor dog beds have replacement covers available, making it easy to replace damaged covers or keep one spare for laundry days, extending the longevity of your dog bed.

How do I choose the right bed for my dog?

We recommend choosing your dog bed based on your dog's sleeping style, and where the bed will go in the house.

For snugglers, or anxious dogs, a round bed like the Calming Nest or Donut Snuggle is pawfect.
