The secret is that it's made with a special type of faux fur that mimics real dog fur. When I cuddle up inside its soft, high walls it takes me back to when I was just a wee pup before I had my hooman family, and used to snuggle up to my other mum and brothers and sisters to feel safe and secure.

Nervous dogs need help to feel secure. This bed’s high raised edges and super soft padding and fabric allow them to burrow and snuggle in - creating a feeling of protection, comfort and safety.
CLEANING GUIDE
The cover is fully removable for easy washing.
- Unzip cover and remove inner foam sections (keep aside)
- Gentle machine wash in cool water using mild detergent
- Air dry - do not tumble dry as this may cause the cover to shrink

- Orders dispatched within 3 business days via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
- Delivery times:
– 2–3 business days for metro areas
– +1–2 business days for non-metro areas
– Up to 5 business days for WA, remote QLD, NT & TAS - During sale periods, allow an extra 5–7 business days for dispatch.
- All parcels are tracked and marked ‘Authority to Leave’ unless otherwise arranged.
- International Shipping:
– Rates calculated at checkout
– No shipping to New Zealand (available via Animates stores)

Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days via Australia Post (return post at customer’s cost).
- Refunds only available for full-priced items. Items must be unused, unchewed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- No returns on sale items or edible pet treats.
- Exchanges not available — please place a new order after returning your item.
- All returns are inspected, and refunds are subject to approval based on item condition.
